Download BioChristopher R. Nepacena focuses his practice on labor and employment matters. He is an experienced litigator and takes pride in providing clients with the most efficient and reliable advocacy at every stage of litigation. He also counsels employers on employment practices and policies, employee relations, and preventative measures to eliminate the potential for litigation.
Throughout his career, Christopher has obtained favorable results for his clients through mediation, negotiated settlement agreements, and has successfully argued multiple dispositive motions at the pleading and summary judgment phases, including the dismissal of a $2 million action against a corporate client.
Prior to joining Donahue Fitzgerald, Christopher worked for an AmLaw 100 national law firm where his practice focused on management-side employment litigation and advice and counsel. He also worked at another national law firm where he litigated complex, multi-party actions and served a diverse range of clients in the technology, real estate, financial, hospitality, transportation, manufacturing, oil, and construction industries.
