Throughout lockdown, employers and attorneys wondered at the legal issues COVID-19 might pose once employees returned to the workplace. Now a reality, how has COVID played out in the workplace and in litigation? This panel will feature speakers from a variety of practice backgrounds speaking to their experience in the field, and the ways they have learned to prepare for, prevent, and respond to workplace claims created by COVID-19. Whistleblower actions, accommodations for religious exemptions and workers with disabilities, and industry-specific impacts and approaches will be discussed.
