Senior Counsel Diea D. Schum Joins Donahue Fitzgerald

Diea joins Donahue Fitzgerald’s Litigation, Real Estate, and Construction practices. She handles all phases of the litigation process, including appellate practice. Diea is an effective litigator who is not afraid to tackle the most complicated legal issues and tailors her approach to each client based on their objectives.

Prior to joining the firm, Diea was an attorney in Florida handling commercial litigation matters for Fortune 500 companies, partnership and/or corporation breakups, contract disputes, intellectual property issues, and other business disputes. Diea began her legal career as a law extern to multiple judges at the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Court in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Diea earned her J.D. from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School and her B.A. from Michigan State University.
