Michelle Sosa-Acosta is an Associate in the Litigation practice group. She specializes in litigating complex commercial disputes with a results-driven approach. Her work encompasses all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigations through trial. She regularly advises clients on efficient strategies to align litigation goals with business objectives. As a native Spanish speaker, Michelle also has experience in cross-border disputes and has counseled clients on business in Latin America.

Michelle received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Redlands. Prior to joining the firm, Michelle practiced at an AM Law 100 firm where she represented public and private companies in securities litigation, consumer class actions, and data privacy matters.
