Kelly joins Donahue Fitzgerald’s Business and Corporate practice. She represents clients on a broad range of corporate, business, and real estate matters, such as:
- Business formations and dissolutions
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Corporate governance and operational issues
- Commercial agreements
Kelly earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School and her B.A. from University of California, Los Angeles.
