Kelly Rowland is a member of the firm’s Business and Corporate practice. She represents clients on a broad range of corporate, business, and real estate matters, such as:

• Business formations and dissolutions
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Corporate governance and operational issues
• Commercial agreements

Prior to joining Donahue Fitzgerald, Kelly worked at Pillsbury Winthrop for 13 years in the Los Angeles, Hong Kong and San Francisco offices. During that tenure, she lived in Hong Kong for two years representing Bank of America Asia and other clients on a wide variety of international banking and corporate transactions.

Kelly also lived in Tahiti for two years and speaks French.
