Partner Joshua B. Bevitz Joins Donahue Fitzgerald

Joshua concentrates his legal practice on real estate, construction, insurance coverage, and business disputes and litigation.  He has experience litigating cases in both state and federal courts, resolving cases through alternative dispute resolution, and enforcing judgments.  Joshua also advises owners, developers, builders, contractors, and other businesses on contracts and risk assessments.

He holds a B.A. and B.S. from Washington University in St. Louis and earned his J.D. from University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco.
