Associate Garrett W. Burton Joins Donahue Fitzgerald

Garrett is an associate in the firm’s Construction and Litigation practice groups, with a primary focus on construction defect litigation. He has represented a wide range of clients across the construction industry, including general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals. His experience spans claims of all sizes from minor cosmetic issues to complex, high-stakes disputes involving multimillion-dollar damages.

He holds a B.A. from University of California, Santa Barbara and earned his J.D. from University of San Francisco, School of Law.
