Corban Porter is a California litigator with more than 15 years of experience representing businesses, property owners, fiduciaries, professionals, trustees, beneficiaries, and individuals in complex civil disputes. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, business disputes, trust and estate litigation, probate disputes, and real estate litigation throughout California, with additional experience in construction, insurance, and business tort matters. Throughout his career, Corban has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Corban advises clients through every phase of the litigation process from pre-litigation risk assessment and strategic counseling to trial, arbitration, appeals, and judgment enforcement.
