Nathan Desai is an associate with a focus on Business and Corporate law and Real Estate law. Nathan assists clients on litigation and transactional matters, including real estate acquisitions, business disputes, and commercial agreements.

While in law school, Nathan was a director of the Berkeley Law Workers’ Rights Clinic and a senior executive editor of the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law. He has also worked at the San Mateo City Attorney’s Office.

Nathan earned his J.D. from University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, and his B.A. from University of Southern California.
