Partner Adam G. Engelskirchen Joins Donahue Fitzgerald

OAKLAND (July 25, 2022) – Donahue Fitzgerald welcomes Partner Adam G. Engelskirchen to its Oakland office.

Adam joins Donahue Fitzgerald’s Real Estate practice. His practice is focused on the full-range representation of businesses, investors, public agencies and individuals in transactions and disputes involving real property. Adam represents clients in the financing, acquisition, entitlement, development, leasing, and disposition of real estate assets; in the formation, structuring, and dissolution of business entities; and in the acquisition and disposition of operating businesses.

A licensed real estate broker and formerly Director of Real Estate for The Presidio Trust, for several years Adam led the Trust’s successful effort to achieve financial self-sufficiency by generating revenue from the Presidio’s 6MM square foot portfolio. He and his team redeveloped, leased and managed the Presidio’s commercial and residential portfolio, which includes more than 1,100 residential units, as well as historic office buildings, warehouses and other structures ranging from barracks to churches.

Adam earned his J.D. from USC Gould School of Law, and his B.A. from Claremont McKenna College.
