Associates Megan C. Cronin and Julia K. Martinez Join Donahue Fitzgerald
OAKLAND – Donahue Fitzgerald welcomes Associates, Megan C. Cronin and Julia K. Martinez, to its Oakland office.
Megan C. Cronin is an Associate in our Music and Entertainment, Litigation, and Business and Corporate practices. Megan serves clients by drafting and reviewing producer agreements, guest artist agreements and a range of licensing agreements. She holds a B.A. from Sacramento State University and earned her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law.
Julia K. Martinez is an Associate in the Business and Corporate and Intellectual Property practices. She’s on the Women Lawyers of Alameda County’s Board of Directors, a member of the Earl Warren American Inn of Court, and a member of the Alameda County Bar Association’s Barristers Section. She holds a B.A. from University of California Davis and earned her J.D. from University of California Davis, School of Law.
