Lynn Ma
Lynn Ma is an Associate at Donahue Fitzgerald LLP and a member of the firm’s Business, Corporate, and Real Estate practice groups. She assists clients in transactional and litigation matters regarding business, corporate, and real estate topics. Lynn has experience in matters including:
- Corporation and partnership formations and dissolutions
- Non-profit establishments and reinstatements
- Contracts review
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Real estate disputes
- Homeowners association and neighbor disputes
Lynn received her J.D. from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly University of California, Hastings), and her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley. During law school, Lynn worked in the Corporate Counsel Externship Program, and built on her experience working with corporations– ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. As a part of the Mediation Clinic at her law school, Lynn was a mediator for the San Mateo Small Claims Court and the Human Rights Court in San Francisco.
Lynn is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. She volunteers for the Alameda County Bar Association as a CLASP clinic Mandarin Chinese translator. She is a member of the California State Bar.
When not working, Lynn may be scaling new heights on a bouldering wall, capturing the essence of an event through photography, or offering time as an international student mentor.
