Louis is an associate in the Employment Practice Group and represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including in wage and hour and class and collective actions.

Before joining Donahue, Louis worked for a prominent labor and employment firm where he represented numerous cities, counties, and public entities throughout California. He successfully defended clients in employment lawsuits, administrative appeal hearings of employee discipline, and unfair labor practice charges before the Public Employment Relations Board. In addition, Louis advised clients regarding employee discipline, workplace investigations, grievances, and issues concerning leaves and the disability interactive process.

Louis also worked for several years as a litigation associate at an AmLaw 100 law firm. He obtained broad and diverse experience litigating in state and federal court at both the trial and appellate level. His matters included commercial, antitrust, environmental, and mass tort cases.
