Download BioHenry Nibbelin is an associate with a focus on Business and Corporate law and Trusts and Estates law. In the area of business and corporate law, he assists clients in transactional matters, including drafting agreements to buy and sell real property, and advises clients on various corporate law matters, including questions related to California usury law and shareholder voting agreements. In the area of trusts and estates, Henry assists clients in drafting and updating their estate plans, and he also assists in administering trusts and estates with various types of assets, including commercial real property.
Henry received his J.D. from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly University of California, Hastings), and his B.A. from the University of California, Davis. While attending law school, Henry served as a senior executive editor of the International Law Review and worked part-time as a teaching assistant for various classes, such as Torts and Drafting Legislation. He also interned for the Alaska Department of Law – Civil Division where he researched and analyzed various administrative law and tax matters.
