Julia K. Martinez
Julia K. Martinez is an associate with a focus on transactional work in the Business & Corporate, and Intellectual Property practice groups. Julia has also helped represent numerous clients in drafting their premarital agreements.
Julia received her J.D. from University of California Davis, School of Law as well as her B.A. While attending law school, she was very involved at UC Davis School of Law, earning the 2025 award from the King Hall Alumni Association for her contributions. Julia Co-Chaired the Justice Affected and Impacted Law Students, served on the board of the Latinx Law Students Association, was an editor for the Social Justice Law Review, and was one of two 3L students selected to serve on the 2024-2025 Admissions Committee. She also served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Jayne C. Lee at the Superior Court of California-County of San Joaquin.
