Donahue Fitzgerald’s Response to COVID-19

March 16, 2020

The health and safety of our clients, employees, and the community at large is foremost in our minds as we continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 outbreak. With the shelter in place directive impacting San Francisco, Santa Clara, San Mateo, Marin, Contra Costa, and Alameda counties, effective at 12:01 am on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, we are providing an update on our on-going and continuing operations.

As always, Donahue Fitzgerald’s attorneys and staff are committed to providing seamless services to our clients. However, in compliance with the directive, beginning at 2:30 p.m. Pacific Time, March 16, 2020, our offices will be temporarily closed in accordance with the various shelter in place orders and our attorneys and staff will work remotely. We are confident that we can continue to provide the highest level of client service as we have the necessary technological and operational infrastructure in place.

We continue to monitor, assess, and evolve our plans to minimize the impact of COVID-19 on the services we provide and our employees. We will continue to keep our clients informed of any changes we may implement as the situation progresses with updates via our website and other forms of communication.

Most importantly, thank you for your understanding as we together navigate these uncertain developments.
