Fundamentals of Franchising

Dawn Newton, franchise and distribution law specialist, will be co-presenting an intensive program on the “Fundamentals of Franchising” at the ABA’s 39th Annual Forum on Franchising this November.

This full-day intensive program provides a comprehensive overview of franchise law for those who want a thorough introduction to this field, as well as those who want a refresher on one or more areas of franchise law practice. Each attendee will receive a copy of the most current edition of The Fundamentals of Franchising. The program will include:

Organization

The program is organized and hosted by the American Bar Association’s Forum on Franchising. The intensive program is part of a series of intensives and plenaries for the 39th Annual Forum on Franchising in Miami Beach on November 2 – 4, 2016. The Forum’s annual three-day conference offers the best in franchise educational programs and collegial social events.
