Damages: How do we value cases now?

Employment and Immigration attorney, Jonathan Wong, will be co-presenting a program called “Damages: How do we value cases now?” at the ACBA’s Annual Labor and Employment Symposium: The #MeToo Movement’s Impacts on Our Cases and Beyond on October 4, 2019.

The ACBA’s 2019 Symposium will discuss the effects of the #MeToo Movement in pre-litigation, litigation, and beyond. The Movement has changed the landscape, public perception, our strategies, and our methods in preventing, addressing and fixing violations. Panelists will share their experiences, observations, as well as potential practices and strategies for going forward. This particular session will go over the following topics:
