Anti-Harassment Training For Small Businesses

California’s anti-harassment training requirements were recently expanded this year to now require all businesses with five or more employees (including independent contractors) to provide anti-harassment training to all workers.  In 2019, and every two years thereafter, supervisors are required to undergo a 2 hour training while all non-supervisory employees must participate in a 1 hour training.

If you meet these requirements and would like to comply with the new regulation, please join our Employment Practice Group on Thursday, April 11, 2019 for a complimentary live anti-harassment training session intended for supervisors.
