Stephen T. Kong is an attorney with over 20 years of experience in technology and intellectual property transactions, including IP licensing, technology development, and commercialization of content and media. Stephen has spent most of his career in Silicon Valley, with considerable expertise in software and IT matters including open-source licensing, e-commerce transactions, and media and content.

He is also currently Loyola Marymount University’s Director of the Transactional Lawyering Institute and Associate Clinical Professor of Law.
