Ani N. Keledjian
Ani is a Senior Counsel in the Real Estate practice group where she focuses on residential and commercial transactions. She has experience representing landlords and tenants, sellers and buyers in both residential and commercial transactions. Ani also has prior experience in general civil litigation, business, and trust litigation where she successfully prosecuted a breach of contract and fraud action, obtaining a judgment after trial for the full contract amount and an award of punitive damages against the defendant, double the amount of the contract damages. She also won an appeal on the merits after obtaining a favorable judgment for her client.
Prior to law school, Ani was a paralegal for four years and during law school, clerked for the Honorable Joseph Quinn at the San Francisco Superior Court. She was one of twelve students selected to teach legal research and writing to first-year law students, as well as training and preparing those students for mock trial. In her last year of law school, Ani was appointed Symposium Editor and Articles Editor for the USF Law Review, Volume 51. Ani graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law as a member of the McAuliffe Academic Honors Society, representing the top 20% of the graduating class.
Ani is an active member of the Robert G. McGrath Inns of the Court and the Contra Costa County Bar Association.
When she is not in the office, Ani and her husband can be found hiking in the East Bay Open Spaces or cooking for friends and family.
