Christian R. Jajeh is Senior Counsel in the firm’s Trusts and Estates practice group, focusing on estate planning, trust and probate administration, and related tax matters. He works closely with individuals and families to develop comprehensive estate plans and guides fiduciaries and beneficiaries through both contested and uncontested trust and estate administrations.

Before joining Donahue Fitzgerald, Christian founded and managed The Jajeh Law Firm, P.C., a Walnut Creek–based trusts and estates practice serving clients throughout the Bay Area. He draws on that experience to provide thoughtful, client-focused counsel that balances the technical precision of estate and trust law with practical guidance through every stage of planning and administration.

A Bay Area native, Christian earned his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he received the Andersen Tax Award and completed a Tax Law Certificate with honors, reflecting a strong foundation in estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax law.
