2020 Annual Employment Law Update

This program is designed for HR professionals, in-house counsel, business executives and owners to learn about the significant changes in employment law, the impact on human resource and employment practices, and the actions for managing the workplace.

Speakers:

Andrew Shalauta is a partner with over 15 years of experience in practicing employment law and specializes in labor and employment litigation, and advice and counsel, for private employers, public entities, and educational institutions. Andrew focuses his practice on providing legal counsel relating to compliance with state and federal laws concerning employment and representing employers in all aspects of employment litigation.

 

 

Jonathan M. Wong, Immigration, Employment, Trusts and Estates Litigation Attorney, HeadshotJonathan McNeil Wong provides immigration strategies to companies for hiring foreign nationals to work in the US and in American branches of foreign companies. His employment practice includes defending employers in individual and class litigation and advice related to workplace safety and OSHA compliance, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and labor relations.
