Senior Counsel Debbie Y. Chin Joins Donahue Fitzgerald

Debbie joins Donahue Fitzgerald’s Trusts and Estates and Tax practices. She focuses on sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer planning, and tax planning for individuals and families. Debbie assists clients on the preparation and implementation of tax efficient plans for wealth preservation and transfers using a combination of strategies, such as grantor retained annuity trusts (GRATs), qualified personal residence trusts (QPRTs), irrevocable life insurance trusts (ILITs), intentionally defective grantor trusts (IDGTs), other irrevocable grantor trusts, limited partnerships and limited liability companies, charitable trusts and private foundations.

Debbie earned her LL.M. from Boston University School of Law, her J.D. from Whittier Law School, and her B.A. from the University of California, Irvine.
