OAKLAND (May 19, 2021) – Donahue Fitzgerald is pleased to announce the addition of a new attorney to the firm’s partnership, Yen P. Chau.

Meet Donahue Fitzgerald’s newest partner:

Yen Chau is a seasoned employment law litigator who counsels employers of all sizes, from 1 to 500+, on all issues attendant to an employment relationship, including personnel decisions, legal compliance issues, workforce reductions, and incentive compensation plans.  Yen also handles claims involving FEHA/ Title VII violations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, and wrongful termination. She represents her clients in cases involving trade secret misappropriation and wage and hour violations. She litigates in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative boards and the appellate courts. Yen earned her J.D. from UCLA School of Law and earned her B.S. from the University of California, Berkeley.
