The ideal candidate will have at least four years’ experience emphasizing corporate, business and commercial transactional matters, as well as some familiarity with real estate transactions. This position involves working directly with senior partners in managing a broad-based book of transactional work. The work is interesting, fast paced, with an emphasis on client service. The selected candidate will play a key role in the continuing expansion of the firm’s transactional practice, and will be primarily based in the Walnut Creek office.
Our ideal candidate is someone with an eye towards growth and the potential for partnership and enjoys interesting and challenging assignments. You possess a good understanding of general corporate and commercial law, have significant experience working on sophisticated M&A and other business transactions for private companies, and understand the need for superior client service and satisfaction as keys to success in this role. A JD from a top-tier ABA approved law school and current membership with CALBAR is required.
