Download BioRonnie Shou is an Associate in the Labor & Employment Practice Group, where she represents employers in a wide range of employment disputes and workplace matters. Her practice focuses on employment litigation, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour issues, leaves of absence, wrongful termination, and representative actions under California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). Ronnie represents employers in state and federal courts, arbitration proceedings, and administrative matters before government agencies.
In addition to her litigation practice, Ronnie advises employers on day-to-day employment issues and compliance obligations. She counsels clients on personnel decisions, workplace investigations, disability accommodations, leaves of absence, employee discipline, wage and hour compliance, and workforce restructurings. Drawing on experience as both a litigator and trusted advisor, Ronnie helps employers navigate complex workplace challenges with practical, business-oriented solutions.
Before joining Donahue Fitzgerald, Ronnie practiced labor and employment law at national and regional law firms, where she represented employers across a variety of industries, including technology, biotechnology, retail, healthcare, and professional services. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and currently serves as an alumni coach for the UC Law SF Moot Court Team.
