Mark Delgado’s practice focuses on management-side employment litigation and counseling in all areas of employment law, including matters involving:

  • Wage and hour
  • Wrongful termination
  • Breach of contract
  • Discrimination
  • Harassment

Mark represents both public and private employers in administrative proceedings, class actions, single and multi-plaintiff cases, mediation and arbitration, and appeals at the federal and state level. He advises clients on issues pertaining to the management and discovery of electronically stored information.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mark routinely counsels large and small, public and private companies and not-for-profit organizations on creating and implementing human resource policies and procedures and issues related to:

  • Workplace safety
  • Employee privacy
  • Harassment investigations
  • Employee recruitment and hiring
  • Performance management and appraisals
  • Corrective actions and terminations
  • Record retention and document management

Mark is a frequent speaker and conducts employment-related seminars and trainings for all levels of management, human resource professionals, in-house counsel, supervisors, and employees. He is an instructor in the Human Resource Management Program at the College of Extended Learning, San Francisco State University.
