Garrett W. Burton is an associate in the firm’s Construction and Litigation practice groups, with a primary focus on construction defect litigation. He has represented a wide range of clients across the construction industry, including general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals. His experience spans claims of all sizes from minor cosmetic issues to complex, high-stakes disputes involving multimillion-dollar damages. Regardless of the nature of the dispute, Garrett is known for his practical and strategic approach to the unique dynamics of each case.

While construction law remains his core focus, he maintains an active interest in environmental and international law, particularly as they relate to real estate and land use. Garrett received his J.D. from University of San Francisco, School of Law and his B.A. from University of California, Santa Barbara.
