Behnam M. Parvinian
Behnam Parvinian is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group. He has experience litigating a wide range of disputes including breach of contract and negligence. Behnam is known for his attention to detail in handling cases from inception through settlement or trial and for his adept communication skills. He prioritizes building strong relationships with clients to better provide practical solutions.
Behnam has a wealth of experience in taking depositions, preparing witnesses and defending them at depositions, conducting legal research on complex issues and reviewing various types of agreements. He routinely drafts pleadings, discovery motions, and dispositive motions. He also advises clients on litigation action plans and settlement figures.
He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional and holds the CIPP/US credential to help clients navigate the rapidly evolving privacy landscape.
In his free time, Behnam enjoys listening to many genres of music and has played the violin for over two decades. He is an avid chess and tennis player.
