Ms. Pace is a partner and long time former co-chair of the firm’s Trusts and Estates Practice Group, chair of the firm’s Tax Practice Group, and a member and Business and Corporate Transactions Practice Group. She focuses her practice on estate planning law, estate and trust administration, as well as taxation. Ms. Pace advises clients in sophisticated estate planning matters on strategies for minimizing estate and gift tax liabilities. She assists clients with formation of entities including corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, business trusts and family limited partnerships. Ms. Pace advises family-owned businesses on business succession planning strategies and provides wealth transfer planning services for high net worth families and individuals. She represents business and individual clients before the Internal Revenue Service, Franchise Tax Board, State Board of Equalization and other taxing authorities. Ms. Pace also handles a wide variety of probate and trust administration matters.
